Please reschedule/cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel 24 hours or less, your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee of the service booked. If you no call no show, or cancel the same day, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 late fee. Deposits are non refundable, and can only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once. No exceptions.
